Ripplet Support
Ripplet is a physics puzzle set on a night pond. Glowing lanterns drift on the water and want to rest on the lotus of their color — but you can never touch a lantern. You can only touch the water.
How to play
- Tap the water behind a lantern — the ripple pushes it forward.
- Press and hold before releasing to charge a bigger wave. The ring around your finger fills as it charges.
- Press the glowing shoreline to lap water inward — that's how you move a lantern resting against the edge.
- Use two fingers for two waves at once. Two crests striking together hit much harder — that's how stone lanterns move.
- Everything else — echoes, reeds, whirlpools, ice, moongates, and more — the pond will teach you when you meet it.
Stars & unlockables
- Finish a level at or under par ripples for 3 stars.
- Stars unlock new pond themes and lantern skins in Reflections.
- Zen Pond (a no-fail sandbox with every mechanic on toggles) unlocks at 20★.
- Endless unlocks when you finish the final chapter.
- A perfect game — every star on every level — unlocks something special.
Frequently asked
- Is Ripplet free?
- Chapter 1 is free, no strings. One $1.99 purchase ("Unlock Everything") opens all remaining chapters and Endless mode. No subscriptions, no ads, no consumables — one purchase, yours forever.
- I bought the unlock but the chapters are locked again (new phone, reinstall, etc.)
- Open Settings → Restore Purchases (also available on the unlock card in Chapters). Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Purchases carry across devices on the same Apple ID.
- A level seems impossible.
- Every level is beatable — usually the trick is a mechanic interaction you haven't tried yet: a wall echo, a charged wave, a shoreline press, or two waves timed together. There's no penalty for extra ripples beyond stars, and Restart is always one tap away.
- Can I turn off the music but keep sound effects (or vice versa)?
- Yes — Settings has separate toggles and volume sliders for music and sound effects, and both toggles are also in the in-game top bar.
- What is "Replace all music with Calming Waves"?
- A Settings option that swaps the entire soundtrack for the pond's own gentle wave ambience, everywhere in the game.
- Who made the music?
- The soundtrack is by Eric Matyas — soundimage.org. The "Calming Waves" ambience and all sound effects are original to Ripplet.
- How do I start over?
- Settings → Reset all progress. This clears stars and unlocks (your purchase is never lost — restore it any time).
- Does Ripplet collect any data?
- No. Nothing. See the privacy policy.
